Cancellations: Maxi Hair Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please inform us within 24 hours, so we may offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list. Those, may be charged for the entire service if cancelled the day of, or the appointment is missed.

Maxi Hair Salon Guarantee: Our team hopes you are extremely satisfied with any services received or products purchased. For services rendered, if not completely satisfied we guarantee a complimentary 15 day follow-up to address any concerns. Please contact the front desk to schedule a return visit. Products opened may only be exchanged with receipt of purchase.

Appointments: We recommend re-booking before leaving, to ensure you will receive the optimal time and day for your next appointment.
